Nick Massey

Nick had an early career at General Electric Company with roles in the operations, commercial and strategy functions.

He then joined PA Consulting Group as a Consultant within the Strategy practice, based in London, working for over 25 firms across Europe and Scandinavia during his four year tenure.

Nick subsequently joined the Coca-Cola system, building a thirteen year career with roles in sales, marketing, corporate development, business development and strategy, based in UK, Boston and the HQ in Atlanta. Nick was the most senior British executive.

Nick joined Octagon as Managing Director, UK and was soon promoted to Chief Executive, Europe & Middle East. Under Nick's leadership, Octagon won Marketing magazine's "Agency of the Year" accolade in 2008.

Nick is now Chief Executive of Cadogan Venture Management, a strategic consulting and venture capital boutique.

Nick has completed the President's programme at Harvard Business School. He holds an MBA from Aston University Business School and attained a BSc. (Hons.) Mechanical Engineering, from Southampton University.
